2009 REALTOR of the Year
Congratulations to Karen Valentine-Pond for being named the 2009 REALTOR of the Year. Karen exemplifies the term REALTORŪ and all that it stands for. She is always willing to go above and beyond on any project, serves on a number of committees and stays on the cutting edge of real estate education. She has served as president for both the Laramie Board of REALTORSŪ and the Wyoming Association of REALTORSŪ. She currently serves as a NAR Director and acting WAR CEO. The Laramie Board of REALTORSŪ has twice honored Karen as their REALTORŪ of the Year. In her community, Karen has purchased and renovated a downtown building, providing new retail space and encouraging business growth. She has presented a real estate class in the careers modular at the local high school.
